End User License Agreement and Terms of Service of Kinaro

By downloading, installing, or using the Kinaro mobile application and its associated website (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before continuing.
1. Object and Description of the Service
Kinaro is an educational, planning, and informational tool designed for collaborative budget management within households and families. Kinaro is NOT a credit institution or bank, does not manage direct user funds, and does not carry out transfers on your behalf. The service unifies and displays budget entries actively or synchronously created by users so they can visualize recurrent liabilities.
2. User Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email and create a family household profile ("Hogar"). The user is solely responsible for protecting password confidentiality, biometric credentials, and security PINs. Kinaro is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from negligent custody of your phone.
3. Intellectual Property and Licensing
Kinaro Technologies S.L. grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to run the app on personal devices for private, non-commercial use. All software code, graphical components, responsive assets, analyzed data, and the trademark (including Kinaro logo artwork) belong in entirety to Kinaro Technologies S.L.
4. Financial Entries Accuracy
Entering exact values, salaries, and recurring charges is required to ensure optimal outcomes inside the forecasting simulator. The platform bears no liability for budgeting discrepancies stemming from outdated user-submitted reports.
5. Account Removal and Cancellation
Users can delete their profile any time. Once initiated, Kinaro deletes the family "Hogar" metadata and all associated financial records from our server storage within 30 days maximum, guaranteeing complete database eradication.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute regarding the Service shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
